Here is my third question.
When you feel lonely and terrible, what do you usually do to overcome the feeling?
Sometimes I just sleep. But sometimes it can't help because I cant' fall asleep. Sometimes I try to play games, but I lose most of the games. Nothing ususally works! Time matters. Who will help me???

Hi
I think you seem to be sensitive. For me, I could't find any time to enjoy my loneliness. I hope I could enjoy my loneliness.Enjoy your loneliness. You can find something new, important and creative in your loneliness.
If you can avoid it,, Enjoy it.

ii)I hike into a mountain.

iii)I read a fantasy novel.

I usually watch Japanese Movies When I feel lonely. In my opinion, Janpanese moives are so senstitive and considerate to describe men and women's inner emotion in details.

I recommend the Japanese movies like "냉정과 열정사이", "세상의 중심에서 사랑을 외치다", "지금 만나러 갑니다" and "이웃집 토토로"

Hey, Yanni!

I'm a little bit surprised that the esay-going man like you feels stress. It's very natural, though.
In my case, I try to look for something I can totally concentrate on. Sometimes cleaning house is very effective. I come to forget the trouble that has teased me and even feel accomplishment looking over the clean house.

Have a wonderful day!

Hi..

I also suffer from the same problem. Then, I try sleeping in the starfish position. Do you remember reading the article of sleeping and personality? Actually, I don't usually sleep in the position. However, when I attended yoga class a few years ago, I learned that it made people's body relaxed most. Without a pillow, try lying flat on your back with you palms facing up and your legs apart enough to feel comfortable! That's my secret. ^^

Well, I watch a very sad movie with light off. It can be a good excuse to cry out loud.

Hi Yannie,
I used to read a sad story or watch a sad movie when I felt down but these days I usually go for a fast paced walk. I'm not sure why but it seems to help me.
