Here is my eighth question.
Recently, as English teachers, we are facing the imminent situation of changing our teaching styles. The ability is greatly emphasized to communicate in English with other people around the world. So we must have the ability of speaking English fluently and proficiently as well as the ability of listening to native speakers perfectly, besides good teaching techinics. But even if we have the abilities, there are some problems: large class sizes, no private classroom, insufficient teaching materials, SAT, etc. What would be your biggest problem if you came back to your schools? Speaking? Listening? Teaching techniques? Or something else? In my case, I'd feel frustrated again to see more than 40 students in my classrooms. How about you? Would you share your burden with us here?

Hi Yanni,
I have almost the same problems. I'm afraid that I will not be able to handle those problems well. Among them classroom management is the hardest part to me.

Hello Yanni,
Luckly, I have English classroom in my school. I think that exams are the biggest obstacle to me. I have to teach grammar and reading materials for exams. I don't have enough time to let my students talk in English during the class. And, next thing is the class size. It's really big.

Hi Yanni,
I am James of S1. Your blog is wonderful. Almost teachers have the same problems that you told. But I would like to give you a little different opinion.
My school is located in the countryside. So some students are not interested in studying, especially, Engllish, even if it sound strange to you. Therefore my focus is that how should I make students be motivated in English.

Hi, Yanni.
I also worried about returning to the teaching job after this course. I've heard nowaday English education is so emphazied by Ulsan Education Office. They've planed many kinds of different projects about English. Many of my English co-workers are suffering by a lot of school works related to English. I can imagine how difficult time they have. Too many school works and large size of classroom are my firt concerns.
